Telehealth
Appointments

  • During telehealth sessions, you must be located in the state in which your clinician is licensed. If you anticipate being, or find yourself unexpectedly out of the state, please talk to your clinician in advance to plan for care during this time including what would happen in the case of a crisis.

  • Contact your insurance at the number on the back of your card to verify that you have telehealth benefits.

  • Plan to be located in a private and confidential location that ensures your appointment will be disruption free. This allows the time to be focused solely on your clinical needs without distraction.

  • Join your clinician’s Zoom meeting link 5 minutes prior to the appointment time. When you join you will be placed in their Zoom waiting room, and they will "admit" you when they are ready to begin the appointment.

  • If you need to cancel/reschedule, please leave a voicemail with your clinician or leave a message for the Support Team with 24 hours advance notice to avoid a fee.
