How to Sign-Up for the Patient Portal
Please note, we will be discontinuing the use of this system and transitioning all payments to the Patient Portal in the new year. Contact our team to sign-up and enjoy the added features it offers! You can reach us at info@whwpdx.com or call 503-729-1380. Because all patient portal accounts are secure and individualized to the patient, we need to initiate the sign-up from our medical record. Please email or call so we can initiate it.
