Appointments
Please do not attend your in-person visit, and contact your clinician, if you have been diagnosed with COVID-19 or had a positive test in the last ten days OR if you have any of the following new symptoms:
Cough
Shortness of breath
Fever
New loss of taste or smell
If you can't attend a scheduled in-person visit and need a telehealth appointment you must provide a 24-hour notice to avoid our standard no show or late fees. This appointment may or may not be available at the same time.
Our Support Team is currently not checking in patients in-person. Upon arrival at our waiting room, please follow the instructions posted in our office on how to notify your provider you are here.
