With over 20 years of passion and dedication to mental health, I began my journey in the field early in my career. Starting in 2005, I gained valuable hands-on experience working with children and adolescents in both residential and day treatment settings. This work deepened my commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care and inspired me to pursue a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) career. After earning my BSN from OHSU in 2023, where I focused on psychiatric nursing and graduated Magna Cum Laude, I returned to residential treatment as a Lead Nurse, further developing my skills in mental health care.

I am now pursuing my Doctor of Nursing Practice and certification as a PMHNP, with a graduation date of June 2026. As a student PMHNP, I work closely with a board-certified PMHNP to conduct mental health assessments, manage medications, and provide limited psychotherapy support. I strive to create a safe, trusting environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered in their care.

At the core of my practice is a simple but meaningful goal: to help people live their best days—whatever that looks like for them. Progress is personal, and while the journey may not always be linear, moving forward is always the focus. I’m committed to meeting clients where they are and guiding them toward meaningful, lasting change.

I look forward to supporting you on your path to better mental health with empathy, expertise, and a collaborative approach.
